Puppies, kittens and a slew of other cute and cuddly pets are looking for a home. Here’s how you can make one your own.

If you’re looking for love, then we’d just like to remind you that a pet’s affections are everlasting.

RSPCA Queensland will host its inaugural Pop Up Adoption event on Saturday 17 January, so this is your chance to give a home to an animal in need.

Dogs and cats from all over the state will converge on the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre in the hope of finding a forever home. Dog, cats, puppies and kittens will all be available for adoption on the day and will be eagerly awaiting your visit.

There will also be demonstrations, entertainment, food, kids corner activities and RSPCA stalls just brimming with information and expertise. It will be a great day out for all and the RSPCA can’t wait to see you there and help you find your perfect pet.

Please also note, that your own animals are not permitted in the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. RSPCA adoption staff will provide you with resources on how to introduce your pet to your new adopted animal if it is required.
