Peppa Pig is back with another all-singing, all-dancing adventure full of songs, games and muddy puddles.

Following a successful tour around Australia last year, the Peppa Pig Live! Big Splash show is back by popular demand.

“We are thrilled that Peppa Pig fans around Australia can’t get enough of this wonderful live show,” says producer Anton Berezin of Life Like Touring.

“We’ve entertained more families with Peppa Pig Live! than any other kids show we’ve toured in recent years. If there is only one show you share with your little ones this year, make sure Peppa Pig Live! Big Splash is it.”

There’s no doubting the little pink pig’s popularity in Australia. Peppa Pig is still the most watched kids show on Australian TV, with over 250,000 viewers every day; Aussies have also bought over one million Peppa Pig books and an Everest-sized mountain’s worth of Peppa Pig plush toys.

In Peppa Pig Live! Big Splash, the nursery roof is leaking and Peppa and her friends need to fix it quickly. They set up a fete to raise the money for Mr Bull to do the repairs. There’s plenty of fun to be had, as Peppa, George, Mummy and Daddy Pig, as well as Danny Dog, Pedro Pony and Suzy Sheep, put up bunting, run stalls and organise a great day out.

Naturally, there’s also a Champion Puddle Judging competition, to be judged by Mr Potato.

The show features bigger puppets than previous Peppa Pig live productions, as well as brilliant sing-along songs from BAFTA winning composer Mani Svavarsson. UK creative talent Richard Lewis adapts and directs the show, following his previous successes with Peppa Pig Live! Treasure Hunt and Ben & Holly’s Little Kingdom – Live on Stage.

Peppa Pig Live! Big Splash will play at QPAC on Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28 September; Redcliffe Cultural Centre on Thursday 29 September; Gold Coast Arts Centre on Friday 30 September; and Toowoomba’s Empire Theatre on Saturday 1 October. Tickets are on sale now at
