Portside Wharf is set to be Brisbane’s coolest destination this school holidays, as it transforms into a winter wonderland featuring hundreds of oversized snowflakes, a giant pop-up ‘snow globe’ and a sing-a-long with Disney’s favourite princess.

On from Saturday 24 June to Friday 1 July, the winter-inspired family event will give kids the opportunity to play in snow, sing with Frozen character Elsa and see a range a new releases at Portside’s Dendy cinema.

Explore and play in the giant snow globe, complete with giant snowflakes and confetti-style snow, then head to the cinema for movie deals.

The winter-inspired family event coincides with the new Ice Age 4 film, adding to the list of things kids can enjoy!

This Sunday (24 June), Frozen fans will also have a chance to meet Elsa and sing along to all their favourite Frozen ballads, as well as participate in a range of other activities before being treated to a special screening of the film.

There will also be a range of meal and shopping deals for parents to enjoy.

Residents and visitors to the precinct during winter are encouraged to upload their Winter Wonderland photos to Instagram using the hashtag #portsidewinter, for their chance to win a $50 Hello Harry Voucher. One winner is drawn every week!

The snow globe will be open daily from from 10am to 6pm and entry is $2 per person. For more information visit www.portsidewharf.com.au
