Slip, slop, slap and splash into the spirit of Australia Day this summer at one of Logan’s annual Australia Day pool parties.

Parks, Sport and Community Services Committee Chairperson, Councillor Phil Pidgeon says Aqua Logan’s aquatic centres at Beenleigh, Bethania, Eagleby, Logan North- Underwood, Gould Adams Park in Kingston and Jimboomba Swimming Pool would again be hosting a day of fun for the whole family.

“The pool parties are always a popular event on the Logan calendar for local families and this year’s set to be no different, with lots of fun activities planned,” Pidgeon says.

“Australia Day is all about coming together with family and friends to celebrate our adventurous attitudes and laid back lifestyle.

“I can’t think of a better spot to enjoy our national day of celebration than a day of fun in the sun at an Aussie pool party,” he says.

Cr Pidgeon says the activities would include jumping castles, sausage sizzles, competitions and giveaways.

“So grab a swimsuit and a towel and head down to your nearest pool party,” he says.

While the pool party activities are free, normal entry prices will apply for the following events (click the links to view full details):
