Make the most of Australian stone fruits with this Nectarine Fruit Flan recipe – thanks to Jalna Greek Yoghurts!

Make a Nectarine Fruit Flan for the family, as a summer dessert. This recipe takes less than 15 minutes to prepare.

1 store-bought or home-made pastry case

3-4 nectarines or peaches, thinly sliced

3 teaspoons gelatine

3 tablespoons water

2 ½ cups Jalna Sweet & Creamy Greek Yoghurt


1. Place water in a heatproof cup and sprinkle gelatine over the top.

2. Stand for 5 minutes. Place cup in small saucepan with enough water to come halfway up the cup.

3. Place over a low heat and warm until gelatine has dissolved.

4. Remove cup from saucepan and whisk gelatine into yoghurt. Spread over pastry case and arrange fruit slices on top.
