The Graceville Markets are getting the Goodwill treatment.
Goodwill Projects, the crew behind the Milton, Carseldine, Nundah and Kuraby Markets, have expanded their empire by taking over management of the Graceville Markets.
The monthly Graceville event, which launched last year, had been run by The Street Food Depot.
The change will be effective from this Saturday 17 June.
Goodwill Projects market coordinator Mark Power says his team will be working with regular stallholders (and a few new ones) to make the Graceville Markets a ‘must do’ for Brisbane’s south-west residents, and provide a great day out for families.
“The Graceville Markets are the perfect example of a wonderful community market,” he says.
“We are looking forward to working with the regular stallholders and adding a few of our unique touches to make this community stronger.”
The new-look markets will offer a range of gourmet food, farm-direct fresh produce, children’s activities and more.
The Graceville Markets (247 Graceville Avenue, Graceville) are held every third Saturday of the month from 6am to 12 noon with free entry and parking.
