The acclaimed Emporium Hotel in Brisbane has unveiled a once-in-a-decade cocktail list that celebrates 10 years of their signature sips, most astounding aperitifs, luscious libations, brilliant blends and popular potations.

The release of this highly anticipated compendium of favourites is just one in a series of announcements to be made marking the hotel’s 10th anniversary, and to celebrate 10 years as one of the world’s most awarded luxury boutique hotels.
The Anniversary Cocktail List features 11 drinks in total — 10 signatures and favourites, with one selected from each year the hotel has been open, and one created just to mark the occasion. Most appropriately, it’s called the Ten of Diamonds.
Emporium Hotel general manager Peter Savoff says the hotel releases two cocktail lists every year — one for the warmer clime, and the second for the cooler months.
“Both are welcomed with great anticipation and eagerness by both Brisbane and the country’s cocktail lovers,” he says.
“Indeed, the cocktail bar is known as one of Australia’s best, home to an extraordinary lineup of wines, house-made infusions and, of course, cocktails. In celebration of our flagship 10th anniversary, we thought it only fitting to unveil a signature libation from each year, and to create a headline cocktail for 2017.”

2017: Ten of Diamonds
Martell VS Cognac, Wild Strawberry Liqueur, lime juice, egg white, agave nectar, raspberries and pepper.
2016: Ginger Geisha
Havana White Spiced Rum, Mozart White Chocolate, Ginger Liqueur & Syrup, coconut cream, sesame seeds.
2015: Alice in Wonderland
Casamigos Reposado, St Germaine Elderflower Liqueur, lime juice, grapefruit juice, agave nectar.
2014: Toblerone Martini
Baileys, Frangelico, Kahlua, Emporium Honey and cream.
2013: Passionfruit Chi Chi
Absolut Vodka, pineapple juice, passionfruit syrup, coconut gomme, dash of cream and milk.
2012: From Spain With Love
Singelton 12yo, Mozart Black, Pedro, Chivas Lochan Ora Liqueur and Chocolate Bitters.
2011: Pavlova Martini
Absolut Vodka, Liquor 43, lemon, passionfruit, Simple Syrup, strawberries, meringue.
2010: Rouge Lips

2008: Queensland Mule
