The Kuraby Markets are about to celebrate their fourth birthday with free birthday cake and live entertainment, and you’re invited.
Since their grand opening in 2013, the Kuraby Markets have grown from strength to strength — particularly over the last 12 months, as they’ve instituted a fresh layout to accommodate more stalls, signage and employment opportunities for locals.
To show their appreciation for Brisbane’s Southside community, the team behind the markets have planned a big day of family-friendly activities, teats and stalls for their fourth birthday.
There’ll be a special cake and cupcake stall, themed decorations, live entertainment, and a jumping castle, face painter and petting zoo for little market-goers.
And yes, there will be free birthday cake.
Kuraby Farmers Markets’ fourth birthday will be held at 1342 Beenleigh Road, Kuraby (next to the Kuraby train station) on Saturday 20 May from 6am to noon. Entry is free, and there’s plenty of free parking available.
