When it rains, it pours. Brisbane is getting a second Betty’s Burgers, and this one will be in Chermside!

Last year, we reported that Betty’s Burgers — long hailed as one of the best burger joints on the Gold and Sunshine Coasts — would finally be coming to Brisbane, with their first location set to open at Newstead’s Haven development on Skyring Terrace in May.

Now the burger queens have announced a second Brisbane location, in the newly renovated Westfield Chermside dining precinct!

For those not in the know, Betty’s offers a 1950s-style burger shack experience, complete with some of the juiciest and tastiest burgers in the nation, like the famous Betty’s Classic (Angus beef with Betty’s special sauce), Crispy Chicken, Pork Belly, Shroom Burger and Bare Betty (the Angus beef and Betty’s special sauce of the Betty’s Classic, but without the bun).

Even better than the burgers, though, are their ‘Concretes’.

What’s a Concrete, you quite reasonably ask? Well, it’s rich and creamy chocolate and vanilla custard ice cream combined with toppings to die for — think peanut butter brittle, lemon raspberry cheesecake, passionfruit ginger crumble, almond toffee marshmallow, and even hot fudge doughnut.

Betty’s Burgers is expected to open at Westfield Chermside on Thursday 8 June; stay tuned for more details!
