Fratelli Famous Pizzeria, the fast-casual spin-off of Sydney and Melbourne’s Fratelli Fresh, will launch its first eatery in Queensland with free pizza.
Fratelli Famous will give away 500 build-your-own pizzas when it fires up its custom-built pizza oven for the first time at Eagle Street Pier this Friday.
Customers will build their own pizza by choosing from one of three bases (sourdough, classic Napolitana, or gluten-free); selecting from a number of sauces, seasoning and cheeses; and loading up on unlimited toppings.
Located on the ground floor of the waterfront dining precinct, the 62-seat pizzeria features a large al fresco area and a spacious light-filled dining room.
“We are thrilled to welcome Fratelli Famous to our exceptional food and beverage offering at Eagle Street Pier,” says DEXUS Property Group investment manager Christine Hogg.
“As Brisbane’s premier dining precinct, there’s no better location for Fratelli Famous to open first in Queensland. We have a world-class offering and are excited to include Fratelli Famous at Eagle Street Pier.”
Fratelli Famous will host a daily Happy Hour from 3-6pm, during which customers can purchase a large pizza and craft beer for $20. A pizza, soda and gelato deal ($16 for an 8-inch pizza or $20 for a 12-inch pizza) will be available all day.
As well as build-your-own pizzas, the Fratelli Famous menu also includes nine signature pizzas, including Great Balls of Fire, Spicy Vegan, and classic Margherita. The menu also offers a breakfast pizza, dessert pizzas, build-your-own salads, and a rainbow of house-made gelatos, including salted pistachio crunch, hazelnut nocciola, tiramisu, and raspberry sorbetto flavours.
Fratelli Famous Pizerria will be open on the Ground Floor at Eagle Street Pier from Monday to Sunday, 11am to 10pm. They’ll be giving away 500 build-your-own pizzas from 11am this Friday 16 December.
