Everyone’s favourite French chef Manu Feildel will launch his new cookbook at e’cco bistro.
As the cheeky co-host of MKR, Manu gets to sample some of the finest home cooking in the nation on a regular basis. His favourite meals, though, are the ones he enjoys at his own home with his loved ones.
Manu’s family has diverse cultural roots — French, obviously, but also Chinese, Malay and Sri Lankan. He also loves to put his own spin on his favourite dishes from Spain, Italy and the Middle East.
All those influences have resulted in a new cookbook, More Please.
It’s a collection of delicious recipes that aims to tick all the boxes — quick, easy and enticing for the whole family on those busy weeknights; and plenty of special occasion dishes you can whip up to impress a crowd. Either way, this is real food, with no skimping on flavour, infused with all the flair and flamboyance you’d expect from Manu.
You can meet Manu at the launch of his cookbook, More Please, at e’cco bistro (100 Boundary Street, Brisbane City) on Friday 2 December from noon.
For $120 per person, Guests will be treated to three amazing courses from his book, and also receive a copy of More Please to take home.
