Famed Melbourne food truck Mr Burger is coming to Brisbane!
Way back in the halcyon days of 2012, Myles Munro and Daragh Kan ate their way around America, trying out as many food trucks and burger joints as humanly possible in San Francisco, New York, Austin and Miami.
After that exploratory mission, they came back to Melbourne and started planning their own burger truck adventure. After countless taste tests, the duo launched the iconic orange-and-white Mr Burger food truck in October 2012.
Since then, they’ve travelled all around Melbourne, earning plenty of accolades on the way. But they’ve never been to Brisbane… until now.
UPDATE: It’s official! Mr Burger will hit Brisbane for the first time at Green Beacon Brewing Co (26 Helen Street, Newstead) this Friday 26 August from 6pm. The menu will boast all of its Melbourne favourites, including the classic Mr Burger and Mr Meat, and their decadent Trucker Chips, loaded with three types of American cheese, crispy diced bacon and their top-secret Trucker sauce.
To celebrate their Brisbane debut, they’ll even be serving up free burgers from 6pm to 8pm! We’ll see you in the queue…
