Harajuku Gyoza have done it again with their ‘kawaii’ jelly watermelon dessert.

Just three months after introducing the viral raindrop cake craze to Brisbane, Harajuku Gyoza went back into the lab and came up with jelly watermelon.

The jiggly dessert looks just like an actual watermelon, and is decorated with chocolate chips in place of actual watermelon seeds.

“So excited about our new dessert now available,” the company wrote on their Facebook page.

“It’s our Jelly Watermelon made with the juice of the watermelon and served in the actual melon skin. So fun. So yum.”

The adorable dessert is available now at Harajuku Gyoza’s CBD (Albert Lane), Fortitude Valley, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and South Bank locations.

The Jelly Watermelon costs $10; a vodka-infused version is available for $12 at their Fortitude Valley restaurant for diners who “want to get happy happy”.
