Tony Kelly and Scott Hoskins, the men who brought artisan doughnut chain Donut Boyz to Brisbane, are about to bring another foodie sensation to town.

Kelly and Hoskin’s burger chain, Hello Harry, already has stores in Maroochydore and Caloundra, and now it’s coming to Brisbane.

The Forest Lake store is expected to open in April, followed by additional outlets in Milton and Portside in May.

Considering Brisbane is not exactly short on burger joints already, that expansion plan might sound a little ambitious — but considering their success with Donut Boyz in a similarly crowded market, we’re not doubting them.

If we’re lucky, the Brisbane stores will feature the chain’s Nutella, strawberry and salted caramel shakes on the menu, as well as the notorious Fat Harry burger.

An absolute nightmare for dietitians (and a dream for lovers of indulgent food), The Fat Harry is a maple-glazed doughnut burger filled with wagyu beef, American cheese, mayo, tomato jam and pickles. Yes, please!

Stay tuned for exact locations and opening dates, and follow Hello Harry on Facebook to see their latest culinary creations.
