It’s time to give your taste buds an early Christmas treat! Motion Bar and Grill’s Executive Chef Peter Iwanczyk has engineered a festive menu that even a Grinch can’t refuse.

We might be only a few days into December, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t commence with the festive feasting!

Brisbane Marriott’s Motion Bar and Grill have recently unveiled their new summer menu and it’s just bursting with holiday treats sourced from local vendors.

With prosciutto wrapped turkey, king prawns, old fashioned Christmas pudding, hand crafted chocolate liquor truffles and spectacular views over the Brisbane River, Brisbane locals can experience a Christmas feast in true Marriott style.

“Some amazing Australian produce is highlighted in our set menu for lunch and dinner this Christmas,” he says. “We have sourced local strawberries, Australian soft brie, Angus beef and king prawns to give our menu a luxurious edge.

“But we haven’t forgotten about traditional favourites like Christmas pudding! We love to include classic dishes that inspire that warm and fuzzy holiday feeling.”

Pre-Christmas lunch and dinner dining is now available at Motion Bar and Grill with one, two and three course menus available. Beverage packages are also on offer for group bookings.
