Are you a foodie, wine enthusiast, or simply looking to get a once in a lifetime experience? Well, Sirromet Wines has something that’s right up your alley.

Celebrity and executive chef Andrew Mirosch and chief winemaker Adam Chapman are now conducting personalised group and corporate Wine and Food Safaris at the picturesque 5-star Sirromet Winery.

These safaris are the ultimate way to spend a day — enjoying incredible wild fermented wines and fantastic food matches experienced at four unique locations at the winery over a leisurely four to five hours. The courses, full of fresh and local produce, are prepared in front of you by Andrew and matched with a personalised tasting by Adam of the exclusive Le Sauvage wine range.

The idea was dreamed up by both Andrew and Adam when they were brainstorming ways to allow customers to have an organic experience of a working winery and restaurant. The pair wanted to share the benefits that come with working in a picturesque yet productive environment, which ultimately led to creating the safari.

Each stop on the safari has been tailored to give guests a full sensory experience. The locations range from between the tanks, within the vines and on a lily-pad filled lake, all while enjoying a gourmet course of wild and wonderful produce with a personal wine tasting.

Wines tasted on the safari are from the exclusive Le Sauvage “The Wild” wine series. This is a special and limited edition range made in the usual passionate fashion but with an interesting touch – utilising the unique yeasts from Sirromet’s vineyard blocks and made specifically for the purpose of this incredible wine and food experience.

The minimum group number for a Sirromet Safari is 16 people, making it perfect for a day out with staff, clients, friends or family (the maximum capacity is 20 people). It costs $290 per person, including all food and wine.

Sirromet Wines is located at 850-938 Mt Cotton Rd, Mt Cotton. The date and time of your safari will be booked in at your request, subject to availability. For more info and to make a booking, email or call (07) 3260 2999.
