Try out an intimate dinning experience hosted by a master chef.

The Hard To Find Supper Club may be one of the most exclusive dining events in town, and we’ve found a way to get you in.

Former Brisbane IT consultant turned TV star Ben MacDonald found fame on the 2014 season of Masterchef, but has now turned his back on computers to focus on a career in the kitchen. The 36-year-old was the last Queensland contestant left standing on the reality TV show and his dream is now to open a restaurant by the sea and use amazing Australian produce to cook modern European and Australian dishes. In the meantime though, he’s started up the Hard To Find Supper Club.

The supper club is an intimate foodie experience which allows 15 to 30 people to enjoy a multi-course dining experience together. To accomplish this MacDonald either borrows other people’s restaurants or finds unique places in which to host his get togethers. His aim is to allow Brisbane food lover’s to try some innovative food in social, casual environment.

Reservations are now open for the next supper club which will be held on Wednesday 29 October at Pablo, 893 Brunswick Street, New Farm.

Join Macdonald as he creates a special spring menu using some of your favourite ingredients and some you may not recognise at all. The menu will also include some of the very dishes that wowed the judges and Heston Blumenthal during his time on Masterchef. It will be a fun, exciting and memorable night of food and wine that you don’t want to miss.

The Hard To Find Supper Club have also announced that Brendan Langfield, a fellow Masterchef top 24 contestant, will be in the kitchen for this event.

Tickets start from $100 and include a five course menu, amuse bouche and a welcome drink. To book, visit www.hardtofindsupperclub.com .
