ARIA has hit the fabulous five, and Matt Moran will be hosting a Greatest Hits Dinner on Thursday August 28 in celebration.
Longtime ARIA diners will be excited to hear that the menu for this very special occasion will feature a signature dish from every year the restaurant has been open, matched with wines from their opening year of 2009.
You’ll also get the chance to meet Matt and hear all the stories from behind the scenes over his last five years at ARIA.
Here’s a sneak peek at the menu…

If that sounds a little too rich for your blood, then this might tempt you — for the entire month of August, ARIA is celebrating its birthday by offering a delicious two course lunch which has been designed by Matt Moran and costs just $35 per person.
The birthday lunch includes an entree (risotto of butternut pumpkin and parmesan) and a main (your choice of either corned wagyu beef with grain mustard and heirloom carrots or king salmon with picked beetroot and watercress).
