Mighty Mighty Cue & Brew has earned raves for its American cuisine, and now you can take it with you.

The Fortitude Valley venue, known for its slow-cooked brisket and extensive American craft beer selection, has this week launched Mighty Carry-Out, a ‘fast casual’ arm that offers up Mighty meals in take-home style.

Executive chef Adam Herbert’s weekday takeaway lunch menu has been developed with local office workers in mind. It features Mighty’s Reuben sandwich, pulled pork or brisket rolls, and sides of wings, house shoestring fries and cornbread.

Similar sides are available for the take-home dinner menu, in addition to signature beef or pork ribs and smoked beef brisket.

“We’ve been overwhelmed with how Brisbane has received Mighty Mighty,” says co-owner Simon O’Brien. “Carry-Out will see us further widen our offering. Integrating the fast casual model was something we intended to explore and has been a very popular request from customers.

“We know our customers enjoy busy lives and we want to demonstrate that a night-in with some takeaway, or a lunch on the go doesn’t have to equal a compromise in quality, nor exorbitant prices.”

Mighty Carry-Out is available now at Mighty Mighty Cue & Brew, in the M&A precinct on McLachlan Street in Fortitude Valley. Menus are available at mightymighty.net.au; for bookings and enquiries, call (07) 3666 0184.
