Brisbane’s first Ribs & Burgers, opening on James Street this Thursday May 22, is offering a year’s worth of free burgers to its first hundred customers…

This butcher-meets-bistro diner has already drawn major celebrity followings at its other Australian locations, including Joel and Benji Madden, Jonah Hill, and the Kardashians.

To celebrate the opening of the first Ribs & Burgers in Brisbane, food fans have the chance to win one free burger every week for a year, if they are the first 100 customers to be at the store before opening at 11am.

The expected success of the diner is apparently all to do with the secret sauces and bastings that have been passed down through generations for 40 years.

Only a few members of the team even know what is in them.

‘The Pink Sauce’ used in the burgers is a super exclusive family recipe and separates this pig out spot from others in Australia.

Ribs & Burgers is all for celebrating the butchers and knowing the ins and outs of quality meat, and you can watch it all cooked fresh in front of you from the open kitchen the diner is centred around.

With this advantage paired with the use of free range, grass fed, anti-biotic free & steroid free, and cut to order meats, it’s safe to say that it can only equal deliciousness.

But don’t be afraid to bring your vegetarian mates along, Ribs & Burgers caters for non-meat eaters as well with a selection of vegie burgers and salads to choose from.

You can drool over the menu prior to the opening on their website.

Ribs & Burgers James Street outside the Palace Cinemas will be open Sunday to Thursday from 11:00am – 9:30pm, Friday and Saturday, 11:00am till late.
