To celebrate this annual, memorable night – here’s our top ten beverage inspirations, to put more flavour, sparkle and class into your NYE champagne cocktails.

The Classic Champagne Cocktail:

Lemon & lime bitters syrup, cognac, champagne.

Peach & Blackberry:

Peach puree, fresh blackberries, rum, ice and champagne.

Pear & Berry:

Pear juice, cranberry juice, fresh raspberries, champagne.

Blood Orange Champagne Cocktail:

Fresh-squeezed blood orange juice, champagne, ice.

The Grand Champagne:

Cognac, Grand Marnier, champagne.

Peach Semifreddo:

Peach schnapps, champagne, chopped peaches, ice.

Mandarin Champagne Cocktail:

Mandarin liqueur, champagne, mandarin peel for decoration.

Sparkling Ginger:

Fresh ginger (grated and peeled), champagne or Prosecco, sugar.
