The Paleo Cafe recently opened its doors in Brisbane City and is offering Paleo food, a primal eating lifestyle that focuses on lean proteins, fruits, vegetable and healthy fats.

The Brisbane inner city eating precinct continues to expand and now has a Paleo eating option. The first Paleo Cafe opened in Cairns in 2012 and now there are nine locations across Australia. The Paleo lifestyle shares some qualities of clean eating and living but focuses more on what the body was intended to ingest, a variety of meat, seafood, eggs, fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds, avoiding dairy, grains and sugar.

Paleo Cafe on Market Street is the second Paleo location in Brisbane the other is located in Paddington. The menu boasts delicious light meals with both classic and contemporary flavours. This new style of eating should prove popular with the healthy living crowd.

They have a wide variety to meet every diners needs whether  you’re after, pancakes, muesli or a big breakfast Paleo Cafe have quite a bit to choose from. Their lunch is a range of salads, smoothies and even steak and pork options.

If you want to give the Paleo trend a try at home they on-site retail store has everything you need to get started, inclduing pre-made meals, organic babay products and natural supplements. The Paleo cafe is the perfect spot for breakfast with friends or q uick snack on your lunch break.

You can find this new cafe at 10 Market street , Brisbane City is open Monday to Saturdays 6:30am to 3:30pm.
