Recently-named 2013 Australian Wine Communicator of the Year Tyson Stelzer will host a Champagne Dinner at Stokehouse to celebrate the release of his 2014-2015 The Champagne Guide.

Bubbly enthusiasts rejoice – not only will you rub shoulders with international wine writer Tyson Stelzer but you’ll also be treated to some of the finest champagnes to accompany the set menu, including the new release of the Dom Perignon 2004 vintage and Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve NV, one of the world’s finest non-vintage champagnes at Stokehouse

Stelzer is the author of 14 wine books and a regular contributor for 15 magazines, and won the 2011 Louis Roederer International Champagne Writer of the Year Award for the 2011-2012 edition of The Champagne Guide. The new edition is fully-updated and contains fully independent assessments of almost 100 champagne producers, with commentary on all current issues faced by champagne lovers and the industry alike.

The Champagne Dinner will be held on 18 November, is $210 per person and includes a four-course dinner and canapés with matched champagnes. Diners will also take home a copy of Stelzer’s new Champagne Guide 2014-2015.
