Laura Petricelli, one of Colle Rosso’s four co-owners, tells bmag that she’s “very, very excited” to open new bambino, L’Angolo Bistro at Hamilton Harbour.

The new bambino, L’Angolo Bistro menu spans breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers modern bistro fare including Sardinian and Roman specialties like Carbonara with house-made pasta, pancetta, onion and eggs.

The dish reflects Petricelli and partner David Ruggiero’s Roman heritage.
