Chef and owner James Guldberg is classically trained in French cooking, but is inspired by a diverse array of European and Scandinavian flavours to create a modern Australian cuisine.

In addition to their food menu, The Catbird Seat also serves fresh juices, breakfast cocktails, select wines and tap beer.
