Brat Haus, Brisbane’s only authentic German sausage and bier boutique, has snagged a second spot in the CBD offering an Oktoberfest-type experience every day of the year.
Brat Haus, on Brunswick St in Fortitude Valley seats up to 60 people and offers a large range of imported German biers, ales and lagers, including Weihenstephaner – a wheat bier from the oldest brewery in the world.
The sausages are both gluten and preservative free, and are made from premium Australian pork, beef and veal.
