Chill on Tedder at Main Beach on the Gold Coast is a multi-award-winning restaurant that offers contemporary fine dining in a relaxed coastal ambience. Chill has been under the expert direction of world-class chef Daran Glasgow and his partner Leesa Huth since 2006 and they have continued to attract local, interstate and international diners with their passion, excellence and consistently exceptional dishes.
Chill continues to flourish and impress with an innovative and seasonal menu. Signature dishes include scallops with angel hair pasta and crispy-skinned confit duck leg. Daran has had an illustrious career working with many of the most influential chefs and finest restaurants in both Australia and England, including Leith’s and River Cafe. He has been inspired and influenced by the styles of Gordon Ramsay and Marco Pierre White. In Australia Daran honed his skills in the kitchens of Level 41 in Sydney and fame and at Restaurant Two and Two Small Rooms in Brisbane. On the Gold Coast he has also worked at Restaurant B and Songbirds in the Forest before taking the helm at Chill on Tedder.
